(....wait.....where am I?...............am I posting this in the right place? Isn't this SimsSuburbania?)

Sorry, y'all, I am in a major retro mood. I can't do grungy, but I can do weathered.

CHEZ LASHEIL

2x4, 3 BR 3 Bath, $70645, unfurnished, except for a few odds and ends.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BEFORE INSTALLING!

I have all 8 EPS and the following SPs: Glamour Life, Family Fun, Teen Style, Celebration, H&M FAshion and Ikea.

These items are not included with the lot package. If you want your lot to look exactly like the pictures, you need to download the following files and extract them to your downloads folder before installing the lot:
1. White Roof Trim Defaults by Phaenoh @ MTS.info
http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=327787
2. Flat Garage Door by Windkeeper @ TSR
http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims2-objects-buildmode-garage/title/Flat%20garage%20door%20-%20mesh/id/308096/

f you would like to hide your columns during gameplay, get the Column & Tree Hider from Simlogical. It shows in the Buy Catalog under Deco/Sculpture. It looks like the pink flamingo. Place it on the lot in a discrete area, click on it in active mode and the columns will vanish.

**RE-UPDATE 11/29/09**

The WCIF has been updated due to several site closings, five items were added that were left out of the first version, additional notes regarding the Laura bedroom set and minor corrections. Major, major kudos to Radikinz for doing the research and the retyping.

I adore this house & all its content!! It is similar to houses here in New Orleans. I have tremendous respect for your talent. After looking unsuccessfully for homes similar to our style I resorted to a feeble attempt to create my own... only to waste loads of time and completely frustrate myself. I would love to have any homes you create similar to this style.

I also use some of your earlier work. My favorite till now has been The Fish Mart.

I'm busily shopping from your WCIF list, but am having difficulties finding the rug in this picture:

I've searched all of Windkeeper's rugs and don't see this one. Any further guidance will be appreciated.
