Posts: 6,882 Group: Admins Member #3 Joined: Jan 23, 2009	The Promenade 3x3 Lot Working Grocery Store & Starbucks Coffee Shop 2 1-Bedroom, 1 Bath 2 1-Bedroom w/Loft, 2 Bath Backyard Playground $1,375-2,753 Thanks to MogHughson's wonderful new hack that allows community lot functions on apartment lots, and spawns the necessary NPC's, I've made my newest lot. It has two working stores, a grocery store and Starbucks. Warning: Picture 1-Bedroom, 1 Bath apartment 1 Bedroom w/Loft, 2-Bathroom apartment. The loft can be used as an office, hobby room or extra bedroom. I got lazy and didn't feel like decorating the rest of the apartment , so here's pics of the 2nd apartment unfurnished. Floorplans Boring Stuff You Need To Know Apartments are unfurnished, except for bathrooms and 1 kitchen. The rest of the lot (common areas and stores) is furnished as pictured. Lot is uploaded as residential so you can decorate/renovate to your taste. Use cheat changeLotZoning apartmentbase to change into an apartment lot. Obviously, this would look best as a corner lot. Necessary Downloads Luxury Window, master mesh for windows and interior doors. GEA Window, master mesh for entrance door and window. Apartments & Shopping on the Same Lot. You will need this hack for the stores to work! I have all EP's up to Apartment Life, and all SP's except for Ikea, Kitchen & Bath, and Mansion & Garden. Lot has been play-tested, and works fine in my game. DOWNLOAD Mediafire Boxnet Enjoy!

I love alot of these pics I see on your walls, especially that guy playin the sax or whatever. You have great decorating skills.

Posts: 6,882 Group: Admins Member #3 Joined: Jan 23, 2009	thanks, bj. you reminded me of my tiles. i have so many walls/floors that i forgot i made them. i also get tired of scrolling thru the catalog, so i tend to mostly use items that are up front. these show up way in the back. sorry about the site being down so much lately. it's a problem with our host, Zetaboards. the server we're on seems to be crash prone.
