IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BEFORE INSTALLING!

I have all 8 EPs plus the following stuff packs: Family Fun, Teen Style, Glamour Life, Celebration, H&M Fashion, and Ikea. The lot has a couple Ikea items, not sure where the grill came from, so please use Clean Installer if there is something you're missing.

These items are not included with the lot package. If you want your lot to look exactly like the pictures, you need to download the following files and extract them to your downloads folder before installing the lot:
1. White Roof Trim Defaults by Phaenoh @ MTS.info
2. Veranda Half Walls by Shoukier @ Sims 2 Play
3. Wild Spring Flowers by BitzyBus @ TSR

These items are included with the lot package but they have additional installation instructions:
1. Other10 Modular Stairs 1 in white @ 4eversimfantasy
You need to download the text file for these stairs and install it with Numenor's Scriptorium for these stairs to show correctly in your game. Full instructions are on the download page. I f you don't they either will be non-selectable or revert to another modular stair.
2. Full Range Shiftable OMSPs by SilentLucidity @ MTS.info
I use the Not-In-Catalog version that only shows in the collection folder. I suggest you download this version so you will have the whole set and they will be fully selectable in your game.

This required item did not package with the lot. It is included in the .rar and needs to be placed in your downloads folder before you install the lot:
1. Metro Window Master Mesh by Tiggy027 @ MTS.info

If you would like to hide your columns during gameplay, get the Column Hider from Simlogical. It shows in the Buy Catalog under Misc./ALL. It looks like a little golden disc. Place it on the lot in a discrete area, click on it in active mode and the columns will vanish.

A detailed room-by-room WCIF is also in the .rar file along with a copy of the installation requirements. In regards to a furnished version, the unadulterated SimPack topped out at 136MB. That's over twice the size of my next largest lot. I don't think I could wade through it to provide a coherent file. However, the first person who tells me that they actually downloaded every bit of crap on the WCIF, I'll put up a "furnished" .rar with the same contents as the unfurnished one and at least you won't have to place everything yourself. ( And I think if you're going to have part of a set, you should have all of it with the relevant recolors and collection files). Everything in the pics is free. However, the 11Dots Chocolate stuff somehow disappeared from the Graveyard when they reorganized a couple days ago. I'll be getting with them soon to see if they need a copy to restore it, and if that doesn't happen quickly enough, I'll put it up myself.

Never mind, found it at SimsCave .

I hope you enjoy this lot. Like Mocha says, it's very simple yet clean and classy. It gives me a Pacific Northwest feel for some reason and I think it has the best interior light of any lot I've done. I'm very proud of the staircase and because the stairwell is open, the 'boolprop bump' isn't too bad. I've played it about 2 Sim weeks with no trouble, runs a little slow when it snows. If you decorate it yourself, it would make my day to see some pics.

Well, finally...

Thank you. I'm not sure there is any Teen Style in here. There is not much maxis at all ^o) If it were me I would try installing with Clean Installer but I can't say what will work for your game.

Thank you Jake. All of those items are by Shoukeir at Sims2Play assembled with moveobjects on and snapbjectstogrid off.

The room divider is two Dita Dining columns shoved into the Dita low sideboard, the small shelf is from the Vision Study and the bookcases are named Aquar under single items.

Download the house even though you are doing your own (wanna see pics  ) and in the .rar you will find a complete list.
