If you experience any blue flashies let me know.

the download was a success. although I have experienced blue flashies with the wicker end table, ceiling fan and the modern exterior house #'s.

I've replaced the end table and I can live without the ceiling fan. But I would truly appreciate the mesh or link for the house #'s. and if it is not available, i'll live  ;)

Just love this house! I wanted to use in my game, but when I downloeaded furnished version, some furnitures don't work, so I wanted to download unfurnished, but when I wanted to unpack this file with unfurnished lot, it's some error and I can't install it in my game. Can you give me some another link of unfurnished version, please? :)

Btw, amazing lots ! :)

i provided two links for the unfurnished version - i don't have any others. since you already installed the furnished lot, why don't you just go into the lot and delete the furniture if you want it unfurnished?

'cause when I go to this lot, when it's loading, the game turns off and everytime I try to bring in the family, everything is the same, game turns off, so I wanted to install the unfurnished version..
I wanted furnished version, but if it doesn't work, so..

Another brilliant lot from you, mocha! I love the clean, contemporary feel of this one. And I'm such a sucker for wood floors. Thank you so much for sharing!

I know that this was posted a few months back but thanks for posted.  I really like furnished houses.  I can always just adjust the things that I don't want or prefer different.  Thanks for sharing, it's a great place for a Sim to live.

I love this house. I downloaded it and its looks great ingame. I usually avoid modern homes cuz I have horrible decor skills but I'm in love .
