 2x3 Lot $114,877 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths Backyard, master bedroom balcony, covered parking, pool     All showers and bathtubs work. This dude is just special.                        Boring Stuff You Need To KnowFully Furnished Version: Furnished as pictured, including all bathrooms which are not pictured. The 2 additional bedrooms are not pictured and are NOT furnished except for a treadmill in one. Also included are a few maxis recolors I made (Grilled Cheese and Cantankerous Splatterings) from artist, Doomstache at Deviant Art. His stuff is really nice.  Unfurnished version: Has the same architectural details (doors, windows, stairs, fences, etc.), landscaping, kitchen and bathrooms as the furnished version. Please install with Clean Installer to see full custom content list and to remove any items you may not want. I have all EP's and SP's. Keep this in mind when downloading. Lot has been play-tested, and works fine in my game. Necessary DownloadsMost of the master meshes and maxis recolors have been included with the download. However, I forgot to add the following files: house numberswicker endtable needs this chairceiling fan needs this sofa and recolor or you can get them free here---------------------------------------------- DOWNLOAD FURNISHED

My Sim went to the doctor today and tested positive for being the ish... <br />they found pimpin in his blood... <br />...told him that he was allergic to haters and that he got a chronic case of the swag flu!

grandma always gets it right, khalil. char and tash. that's the ottomas family with my default skins/eyes, new hair, clothes and noses. i can't be bothered to create brand new family's to test every lot anymore,  so i've been pulling them from the sim bin. |
