 1x2 Lot (Shrunk with Lot Adjuster) $147,240 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths Elevator Bonus family room & office Backyard, balcony on each floor, rooftop deck with hot tub        1st Floor - Kitchen & Dining Room      2nd Floor - Living Room and 1/2 Bathroom    3rd Floor - Family Room and Office      4th Floor - 2 Bedrooms and Full Bathroom 5th Floor - Master Suite     Rooftop Deck   Boring Stuff You Need To KnowFully Furnished Version: Furnished as pictured. The 3rd bedroom is not pictured, but its minimally furnished with items from the IKEA stuff pack. I don't really like decorating child rooms,  so I don't have much content in my game for them.  Unfurnished version: : Has the same architectural details (doors, windows, stairs, fences, etc.), landscaping, kitchen and bathrooms as the furnished version. This lot was shrunk with the Mootilda's Lot Adjuster, and can be used in a rowhouse configuration. If you want to make this a stand-alone lot delete the 1-tile dummy walls on either side of the house with the sledge hammer tool. If you make a mistake, press "undo." You will not be able to rebuild walls at the edge of the lot. Please install with Clean Installer to see full custom content list and to remove any items you may not want. I have all EP's and SP's. Keep this in mind when downloading. Lot has been play-tested, and works fine in my game. Necessary DownloadsAll master meshes, and maxis recolors should be included with the download. If you experience any blue flashies let me know. DOWNLOAD FURNISHED

I'm just seeing this, and WOW !!! I love how you used those fences as windows in the front ! I had those in game and couldn't figure out how to use them for ANYTHING, and you utilized them so perfectly  The whole building has such a unique look to it and the decor inside is beautiful as always. Love everything, but nice try trying to get me convert back to Ts2 with this tempting lot  you ain't slick  |

khalil i saw the facade of this building in manhattan the other day and i couldn't wait to sim it.  i was mad i couldn't go inside and see the layout.  you a real sucker for uninstalling sims 2.  standingbystars glad its working properly in your game, unlike u-turn lane.  |
