Boring Stuff You Need to Know

Lot is fully furnished as pictured.

I have all EP's up to Apartment Life, and all SP's up to Mansion & Garden (in other words, I have them all). Lot has been thoroughly play tested and works perfectly in my game. Please check clean installer for the list of included cc. Thanks to all the wonderful creators around the community! :thanku:

Necessary Downloads

All the maxis recolors are included in the RAR as separate files with the lot. You will need to install them for the lot to appear in your game as pictured. Any blue flashies, let me know. Enjoy!

Edit: Ok, I left something out... the grungy recolors of the mini fridge and microwave in the back office.

 :lol: i put this lot in the game last night and played it till the early morning (like no lie i was up till 5 playing this lot i could not sleep)  i made one Kid Rizza thuged out sim own this lot as a "BUSINESS FRONT i mean VENTURE" lol it was so much fun i like this lot thanks for sharing and the posters are too funny i will post pics up once i get them in order.
