Boring Stuff You Need To Know

Apartments are unfurnished, except for bathrooms and kitchens. Common areas are furnished as pictured.

Lot is uploaded as residential so you can decorate/renovate to your taste. Use cheat changeLotZoning apartmentbase to change into an apartment lot.

Necessary Downloads

All custom content meshes and recolors are included, but you will need to separately download the following maxis recolors:

Also, the Domino Modular Stairs will show up fine with this lot, but you'll need to install the text file to be able to place them in other lots.


I have all EP's up to Apartment Life, and all SP's except for Ikea, Kitchen & Bath, and Mansion & Garden. Lot has been play-tested, and works fine in my game.

How do i get more stuff on the conters,tables,desk,ect? cn u list all the stuff in the pic? i want to downloads the stuff for a sin movie im workin on. so i neeeed all the stuff u have and where u got them as well as the way to get stuff on the stove, counters,ect. plz reply. i really really need to know. thnx!
