Boring Stuff You Need To Know
The lot and each apartment have been play tested and works fine in my game. Apartments are unfurnished, except for kitchens and bathrooms. Common areas are furnished as pictured. I've uploaded it as a residential lot, so you can decorate to your taste.

To change to an apartment lot use the cheat: changeLotZoning apartmentbase.

I have all EP's and SP's, except for Ikea, Kitchen & Bath, Mansion & Garden

Wonderful apartments! But when I use the cheatcode to turn it into an apartmentlot the game says that there's a problem with one of the apartments and that I have to change something first in order for me to be able to turn it into an apartmentlot. Judging from the previous posts I'm the only one having this problem? I've tried some things to make it work, but I can't find out what's wrong.
Can someone help me with this? Because I really LOVE those apartments and it s*cks that I can't play with them right now!

I'm just taking a stab in the dark  - check that all the apartments have only "one" entrance. If any of the apartments have "two doors" i.e. patio leading to common area - that additional entrance must either be removed or enclosed by a fence without a gate.

I would also run game in debug mode "boolprop TestingCheatsEnabled true"  - change the lot zoning - when error code pops up take note of what it says and then go out of the game and check the log file- the log file will give more specific info about the problem.

I wish I could be of more assistance - unfortunately I don't have this lot in-game. Perhaps one of our members who has this lot will be willing to offer further assistance.
