Boring Stuff You Need To Know

Lot comes unfurnished, except for kitchen and bathrooms. Please install with Clean Installer.

All meshes were included, but if the windows or doors flash blue download the following meshes separately:
Numenor's Wall Window, Door and Invisible Glass recolor
Tiggy's Metro Window Set
Stonetower's Falling Water Door #1

You will also need to download RoddyAleixo's Invisible Driveway

I have all EP's up to Apartment Life, and all SP's except for Ikea, Kitchen & Bath, and Mansion & Garden.

Lot has been play-tested, and works fine in my game.

Hello Mocha,  :D i wanted to tell you how much i love and adore this lot i downloaded it and decorated it the best i could. i use this lot for one of my fav couples at the moment and i think i love it more then they do lol. i don't know if you do this for fun or if you got an degree or something in digital architecture but you are really talented. you must be a really patient person because the detail you put into creating a home is beyond remarkable. whats even more impressive is that you share your gifts with fellow simmers like myself. i have seen my share of creators and home builders for sims and while they have been great too. i can appreciate the realism you put into your creations and for that i thank you.  :ty:

this is one of my favorite lots and a departure from my usual urban stuff. i'm glad you and your simmies are enjoying it. if you decide to start an album, i'd love to see pics of how you decorated it. :D
